The BMC does not replace the eventual need for a business plan\, but itis a valuable planning tool in advance of creating a formal business plan. It also can serve as a basis for developing an investor pitch.\n\n \n\n In this workshop\, we will review the nine sections of the BMC. Following this review and time for Q&A\, SCORE mentors will assist attendees in working on their draft BMC's.\n\n \n\n NOTE - this clinic is being offered as a practical follow-up to the BMC webinar that was presented by SCORE Buffalo Niagara on July 22nd.
