Unbreaking the Broken Resolution
With the New Year, most of us make some kind of resolution. By the time of this presentation, many of us may have abandoned those resolutions and may be feeling crummy about it. With this presentation we will talk as a group about how to make resolutions we can stick to, framing resolutions as "need to dos" versus "what to do" or "would be good to do" and talk through some of the barriers that cause resolutions to break down and brainstorm how we might overcome them.
