Pete Petrella has a dual role in the Aleron Group. He oversees Viaduct, a division of Aleron focused on startups, and leads executive search assignments at TalentRise, focused specifically on finding emerging leadership talent for high growth companies.
Pete’s areas of success in talent acquisition include SaaS, FinTech, Sports, and Private Equity / VC backed high-growth companies. He brings over 20 years of business development and marketing experience in a variety of sectors including sports, healthcare, startups, and technology. Pete is active in a number of growth-stage technology and startup organizations in the Buffalo / Upstate NY marketplace, as well as Southern Ontario and across other parts of the US.
