Women in Tech WNY returns March 26, 2026 for a half-day experience bringing together women across Western New York's growing tech ecosystem.
This event, now in its 5th year, is designed to spark connections, share real stories, and highlight the women shaping what's next in tech, business, and innovation. We'll welcome over 20 incredible speakers, sharing their stories and lending their talents.
The day kicks off with registration at noon. We’ll open together with our keynote speaker, Linda Tai, M&T Bank’s Chief Information Officer. Then, it’s breakout sessions – spanning AI, applied skills, career growth, and more. Attendees will come back together for a final panel featuring several women detailing their career paths into the tech world.
And in between? That’s where the magic happens. The conversations. The notes scribbled. The business cards exchanged and LinkedIn’s connected. The ideas sparked.
