Responsible for pro-actively prospecting both internally and externally to present and sell all insurance products assigned. Engages with Members and prospects to present Member Centric needs-based insurance solutions with options that deepen the Member relationship. Actively engages in conversations that build AAA Membership value to acquire new Members. Job Specific Requirements  Working knowledge of computer software and ability to effectively navigate multiple systems.   Must be able to resolve problems and work under pressure to diffuse member concerns. Work under pressure during periods of high volume. Ability to multitask in various areas of insurance sales and service.
