- Session Description: Problem resolution begins with clarity. In this interactive session, participants will be introduced to tools that can be applied individually or in groups to untangle the complexities of problems we face in our everyday lives.

- Facilitator Dr. Tito Rodriguez, Chair, Alfiero School of Business, Daemen University
- Session Description: This session demonstrates how the Theory of Constraints (TOC) can be applied in project management to improve schedule, cost, and team performance by identifying and managing the primary constraint affecting project execution. Participants will analyze a project scenario to identify a critical bottleneck and develop targeted mitigation strategies aligned with PMI concepts such as critical chain and resource optimization.
