Position Summary
Seeking an LMHC or LCSW to provide outpatient mental health counseling for adolescents and/or adults in a growing group practice based in Williamsville. Role includes individual psychotherapy, treatment planning, documentation, and collaboration with a supportive clinical team.

Responsibilities
• Provide evidence-based outpatient psychotherapy
• Maintain timely and accurate clinical documentation
• Participate in case consultation as needed
• Coordinate care with community providers when appropriate

Qualifications
• Active NYS LMHC or LCSW license
• Experience with trauma-informed care preferred
• Strong clinical judgment and ability to work independently
• Comfort using EHR systems

Schedule and Compensation
• 25–30 clinical hours per week
