Marketing Coordinator
Mach Architecture, p.c. is a dynamic and accomplished small firm that specializes in educational design, fostering collaboration, and offering excellent opportunities for professional development. We are seeking an experienced Marketing Coordinator to join the Mach team at our Tonawanda, New York office.
SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES
Planning and Evaluation

Develop a solid understanding of our company and the markets we serve.

Work with the leadership to identify company marketing and communications needs and establish marketing objectives and strategies around those needs.
- Coordinate promotional and other conference events.
- Monitor relevant trade websites for potential Requests for Proposals/Qualifications.
- Manage the Proposal development process from all aspects.
- With guidance and help from the leadership, schedule, produce, compile, and develop the Proposal/Qualifications for the submission to the client.
- Assist in developing excellent written content.
- Produce effective imagery, including photographs, videos, and other graphics.
- Effectively deploy and updated inventory of promotional materials to drive sales and brand awareness.
- Develop and maintain positive social media presence across relevant platforms.
- Manage and regularly update website content.
- Develop and execute excellent content marketing campaigns.
Education: Associates or Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communication, Journalism, or related field.
Experience: Preferred, 1 year of marketing experience in Architecture or Engineering firm.
Technical Skills: Proficient with Adobe CC Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign) and Microsoft Office Suite.
Communication: Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
COMPENSATION & BENEFITS
The starting hourly rate for this position is $22.00.
