Wig Specialist

Job Description:

The Wig Specialist will be responsible for performing services necessary to recommend, fit and style a new or returning Wig client. This will include maintaining and revitalize a client’s Wig during routine regular appointments. Including shampooing and finish styling. Listening to the client’s needs and addressing any questions. Helping the client understand how to daily maintain their Wig to keep them looking their best. Working closely with other team members to best support a client’s issues or concerns, or new styling interests and options.

Qualifications:

• Cosmetology license is required, plus minimum 2 years of experience
• Knowledge of Wigs, fitting and customizing. Hair styling, cutting and hair care skills
• Exceptional customer service skills
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Attention to details and ability to follow treatment plans
• The ability to work independently as well as within a team
• Interested in learning new skills, and sharing best client practices

Position Details:

• Part-time, 24 to 32 hours per week. Number of hours depend on your availability and our clients.
• Position is available to start now.
• Pay $20 to $30 per hour to start, depending on skills and experience.
• Flexible work schedule.
• Positive work atmosphere and clean start-of-the-art studio.
