Position Summary

The Cashier / Refillery Associate is responsible for delivering an exceptional customer experience
while supporting daily store operations. This role includes operating the register, assisting customers
with the refill process, maintaining store cleanliness, and promoting sustainable shopping practices.

Key Responsibilities:

Customer Experience
? Greet customers warmly and create a welcoming environment
? Educate customers on how the refillery process works
? Answer product questions and provide recommendations
? Promote sustainable habits (reuse, reduce waste, etc.)

Cashiering & Transactions
? Operate Square POS system accurately
? Weigh containers and properly price refill items
? Process cash, credit, and digital payments
? Issue receipts and handle returns per store policy

Refillery Support
? Assist customers with weighing, filling, and labeling containers
? Ensure proper use of refill stations to prevent contamination
? Monitor inventory levels of bulk products and notify management when low

Store Maintenance

? Keep refill stations clean, organized, and well-stocked
? Maintain overall store cleanliness and visual appeal
? Follow health and safety guidelines

Inventory & Operations
? Restock shelves and refill bulk containers as needed
? Assist with receiving and organizing deliveries
? Support opening and closing procedures

Qualifications
? Previous retail or customer service experience preferred
? Friendly, approachable, and reliable
? Comfortable handling cash and using POS systems
? Interest in sustainability and eco-friendly products
? Ability to stand for extended periods and lift ~25 lbs
