Ace of Spades Design

I help growing organizations figure out where important work is breaking down because people don’t have the clarity, knowledge, or support they need to do it consistently.

Sometimes that means training. Sometimes it means clearer expectations, better onboarding, a usable job aid, stronger manager support, or turning the knowledge in someone’s head into something the whole team can use. Many “training problems” are really clarity problems.

I’m the founder of Engage to Empower Learning Solutions and a Learning & Performance Consultant with 15+ years of experience across sales, management, training and instructional design. I start with the performance problem — not an assumption about what needs to be built.
