Ellicott Development is a full-service real estate management and development company with over 40 years of experience in Buffalo, Upstate New York and Western Pennsylvania. We also own and operate 11 branded hotels in the Buffalo and surrounding areas. We offer an array of unique hotels in vibrant and iconic locations. Two hotels are conveniently located in Downtown Buffalo, 500 Pearl and Hotel Lafayette, the Comfort Airport right across from the Buffalo Niagara Airport, Fairfield by Marriott Amherst for short term stays, and a Staybridge Amherst for longer term stays, both located right across the street of UB's Norh Campus off Sweet Home Road. We converted the Wyndam Garden in Williamsville to the Mosey Hotel, a Tapestry Collection by Hilton in August of 2020, and we offer 3 hotels on Slade Road in West Seneca (Hampton, Country Inn, and Staybridge West Seneca.
