BUFFALO, NY – Buffalo Rehab Group (BRG) is proud to partner with the YMCA for the 2025 Wellness Series, “Move Well, Live Well.” For over a decade, this community-focused series has provided free educational sessions designed to empower individuals to improve their health through safe and effective lifestyle practices. This year’s sessions will highlight how movement can positively impact both mental and physical well-being.

Tuesday, January 28th – Boost Your Brain Health
Start the year with improved focus. Join John Mayer, PT DPT NCS, BRG’s Director of Neurologic Care, and Mary DiGiacomo, MS OTR/L, Occupational Therapist, to learn how movement supports brain health. Explore techniques to enhance cognitive function, improve mental clarity, and support overall well-being.

Are stiff or achy joints slowing you down? Physical Therapists Jake Woodrich, PT DPT CSCS, and Andrew Sipowicz, PT DPT, will guide you through exercises to strengthen your joints, improve mobility, and reduce discomfort—helping you move more freely and confidently.
