Registration open until Friday, February 28, 2025 at 12pm.
The FourSight Assessment link will be sent to all participants on February 28th.
Assessments to be completed by participants by Friday, March 7th.
Assessment results will be reviewed the day of the Symposium on March 14th.
Symposium Fee covers the cost of the FourSight Assessment plus lunch and Happy Hour Reception.

By the end of this presentation, participants will be able to:
- Understand the FourSight model and the role of thinking styles in problem solving
- Use their assessment results to deepen their understanding of their personal strength as a problem solver, both individually and on teams
- Develop strategies to apply the FourSight model to improve personal and group outcomes

Presented by: Dr. Vicki Knapp, BCBA-D, LBA (NY), Behavioral Science Department Chair, Executive Director & Associate Professor at Daemen University and Ashley Brehm, M.S.Ed, BCBA, LBA (NY), Clinical Assistant Professor & Advisement Coordinator at Daemen University.
By the end of this presentation, participants will be able to:
- Identify and describe workplace behaviors from the behavioral science perspective.
- Complete the Performance Diagnostic Checklist (Austin, 2000) and analyze the results.
- Develop intervention strategies to improve workplace behavior
