I am excited to invite you—and your mid-level managers—to an impactful opportunity coming up this fall. The How to Be a Great Boss! Workshop is happening in Buffalo on Thursday, October 23, 2025 at the Jazzboline Restaurant and Bar.
This full-day workshop is designed to help managers:
- Build greater accountability on their teams
- Deepen engagement with their people
- Strengthen their leadership and management skills
While you may be familiar with the EOS LMA tools from past Quarterly Sessions, this workshop goes even further. Through interactive breakout sessions led by EOS Implementers, participants will collaborate with other leaders, practice real-world problem-solving (IDS), and walk away with actionable strategies to become the boss their teams need.
