Since being elected in January 2018, A.J. Baynes has continued a legacy of business-focused programming and growth. He leads the organization, which serves the entire WNY community of more than 75 zip codes, with a strong commitment to advancing its investors, members, partners, the economic development and public policy agenda of the Chamber.
Mr. Baynes' dedication to promoting and elevating businesses of all sizes results in further collaborative partnerships throughout Western New York. He has an open-door policy for all members and continuously seeks feedback, comments and suggestions for advancing our region.
Mr. Baynes has an extensive history in
the political forefront, most recently serving from a legislative stance. He also was hands on in his family's logistics business where he learned and experienced what business owners are challenged with each day.

Since joining BankOnBuffalo in May of 2022, Mr. Chamberlain focuses on Commercial Real Estate financing, which includes multi-family, office buildings
and family investment properties.
Prior to joining BankOnBuffalo,
Mr. Chamberlain was Vice President of
S&T Bank, responsible for all business banking in the Upstate New York market and Business Banking Relationship Manager
for Five Star Bank and KeyBank.
