The American Association of University Women (AAUW) Buffalo Branch is pleased to announce author, speaker and local history expert Rick Falkowski will present fun-filled facts on Buffalo’s Many Firsts on Saturday, December 14, 2024 at Diamond Hawk Golf Club.
Among his many interests, Rick Falkowski is the founder of the Buffalo Music Hall of Fame and Buffalo Music Awards, is the former publisher of Backstage magazine, and coordinator of Tonawanda’s Gateway Harbor Concerts. He presents classes on the history of Buffalo at libraries, community centers, schools and various organizations. Retired from Time Warner, Rick is the author of four books relating to Buffalo history and is working on others.
All are welcome to attend; however, advance registration and payment is required. The cost of $35 includes a hot buffet luncheon.
