Buffalo Rehab Group to Host 2023 YMCA Wellness Series: Back to Basics

Reset Your Routine with Exercises & Stretches Designed to Make 2023 Your Year!
BUFFALO, N.Y. – For nearly 10 years, Buffalo Rehab Group has co-hosted the YMCA Wellness Series to help community members overcome obstacles and improve their health and wellness. This year’s “Back to Basics” program will focus on moving past limitations and building a routine that lasts.
Classes will be offered virtually at 7:00 p.m. EST from January 24th through April 18th and will feature the following topics:

Tuesday, January 24th – Fit in Fitness

Starting your wellness journey doesn’t have to be overwhelming. Learn how to make exercise and nutrition fit your lifestyle.

Tuesday, February 21st – Routine Reset

Small changes can make a big difference. Learn strategies to make your exercise routine stick and improve your long-term health.

Tuesday, March 21st – Exercising with Back Pain

Don’t let a bad back keep you from staying healthy and active. Learn safe and effective
exercises to keep you moving.

Tuesday, April 18th – Find Your Balance

Is the fear of falling holding you back? Learn stretches and exercises to improve core strength and balance.
Each class is complimentary and open to the public. Participants will also be able to ask questions in real-time at the end of each program, with recordings readily available to accommodate busy schedules.
