CPI PROCESS SYSTEMS
EXPANDS WAREHOUSE AND OFFICE SPACE
November 1, 2023– West Seneca, NY. CPI Process Systems, specialists in Valve Automation & Controls, has teamed up with Concept Construction Corp to build their Warehouse and Office Expansion. As Construction Manager, Concept will oversee the entire project. Located at 2900 North America Drive, West Seneca NY, the expansion will increase their warehousing capacity another 3,850 sq. ft., including some new office space. Owner Andy Christie says the project is moving along nicely and we are pleased to once again be working with Concept Construction.”
CPI continues to enjoy significant growth and with that in mind, the addition was designed to accept future expansion options. The sitework has begun, the pre-engineered metal building is on site and the project is proceeding as planned.
