JADA BLITZ FITNESS HOLDS GRAND OPENING

AMHERST-Jada Blitz Fitness, owned by Buffalo couple Justin and Ashley Draper, is hosting a Grand Opening celebration in its newly expanded space on Saturday, February 1 starting at 8 a.m. A Ribbon Cutting ceremony takes place at 11 a.m.

The new location at 4687 Transit Rd. features 30,000 square feet of carefully curated areas. The expansive lobby features a shake bar, supplement and apparel shop, physical therapy room and a full café featuring Balanced Body Foods, the meal prep company also owned by the Drapers.

“The Chamber welcomes the latest business venture of the Drapers,” says Amherst Chamber of Commerce President/CEO A.J. Baynes. “The couple’s workout facility is cutting edge and their meal prep business offers members an easy, affordable way to commit to a healthy diet.”

Meals are always stocked in the coolers and guests can sample some of the most popular items at the Grand Opening.  More information here: www.balancedbodyfoods.com

There are two workout floors, one of which is completely outfitted with Arsenal Strength equipment, the only one of its kind in Western New York. Jada Blitz also offers Reformer Pilates, massage therapy, Haute spray tanning and saunas.
Multiple membership specials will be available at the Grand Opening, ranging from a base level Blitz membership through the Total Blitz, which includes classes, towel service and concierge services, where the member can experience alkaline water, fruit and eucalyptus towels at each visit, in addition to exclusive daily discounts.

Group fitness classes will also be running throughout the Grand Opening to showcase the club’s wide variety of exercise programming. Members and non-members are encouraged to drop in for the classes, which will include Zumba, Pilates, a family class for both parents and children, and other circuit-based classes. Demo classes will also be held in the “Blitz Room”, a 2,000-square foot studio outfitted with TechnoGym: a cutting edge, heart rate-based brand of equipment that includes rowers, SkillMills and more.

Community is at the core of Jada Blitz, so the Grand Opening will also showcase a variety of local businesses providing complimentary services to gymgoers. Revive, Driphouse and Fresh Catch are among the confirmed vendors offering amenities to guests.

Jada Blitz’s expanded hours are 5am – 11pm Monday through Thursday, 5am – 10pm Friday, 6am – 7pm Saturday and 7am – 6pm Sunday. To book a tour prior to the Grand Opening, visit http://www.jadablitzfitness.com.
