Patina 250 and Curate Hospitality have partnered with Fresh Catch for the next installment of our Guest Chef Series to bring you a seafood-inspired prelude to summer!
Join us in the beautiful Patina 250 courtyard to enjoy a curated menu made for seafood lovers featuring fifteen varieties of seafood from Bluefin Tuna to Sturgeon Caviar, all ethically and sustainably sourced from Fresh Catch's network of farmers and fishermen.
Guests begin their seafood journey at golden hour with a specialty raw bar featuring live chef and champagne pairing along with passed small bites, and then partake in an exquisite five-course seated dinner, ending on dessert, artfully prepared by Patina's celebrated in-house pastry chef (the only dish sans seafood)! A complimentary curation of beverage pairings including Prosecco, Rosé and a selection of wine will be served throughout the evening. Music stylings from DJ Cutler set a vibey coastal mood. A can't-miss culinary event for the "sea-foodie"!
