Cindy joined ESC in 2011 as a Human Resources Consultant. Cindy’s experience prior to joining ESC includes her role as Divisional Manager of Human Resources with a global manufacturing company headquartered in Buffalo, where her responsibilities included employee relations (fostering a continued union free environment), full cycle recruitment processes and on-boarding, performance management, corporate training, and regulatory compliance. Cindy has also served in the HR function at a major regional bank, and as a consultant Business Partner to owners and management for clients of a Professional Employer Organization.
Sharyn joined ESC as a Human Resources Consultant in 2004. Her background includes 23 years of human resources experience as both a manager and a generalist with manufacturing firms. This includes five years with Swagelok Corporation where she handled all the day-to-day human resources functions including recruitment, employee relations, compliance, and payroll.
